Shipping & Delivery

1. Where we ship

We ship to European Union member states only, with delivery in 3–7 business days depending on the destination. We currently do not ship outside the EU — if you are located elsewhere, contact us before ordering.

2. Shipping cost

• €10 flat rate per order, anywhere in the EU.
• Free shipping on orders of €150 or more.

The exact shipping cost is shown in your order summary at checkout and is included in the total you pay — no surprises afterwards.

3. Dispatch

Orders are dispatched only after payment confirmation. Card payments confirm within minutes; Bitcoin payments confirm after the required network confirmations (typically 10–60 minutes depending on mempool load). Once confirmed, we hand your parcel to the carrier within 1–2 business days.

4. Packaging for collectibles

Every card ships the way collectors expect: penny sleeve, rigid toploader or semi-rigid holder, team bag, bubble mailer. High-value orders (€200+) ship in a reinforced box at no extra cost. Graded slabs are double-boxed.

5. Tracking

Every shipment is tracked. As soon as your order is dispatched, the tracking number is sent to your email address. If it hasn't arrived within 2 business days of payment confirmation, check your spam folder or contact shop@vaultpokes.com.
