Terms & Conditions

1. Orders

Every order is an offer to buy the listed cards. A contract is formed once your payment is confirmed by our payment partner — crypto payments after the required network confirmations, card payments immediately after authorization. Until then an order stays in Pending state and can still fail or expire.

Stock is limited and shown in real time. In the rare case of a stock error (for example two customers buying the last copy at the same moment) we will contact you immediately and refund the affected items in full.

2. Pricing

Cards are priced at their live market value based on TCGplayer market prices at the time we seed our catalog. All prices are shown in EUR. We may update prices at any time before you order; the price confirmed at checkout is final for that order.

3. Card condition

Unless a listing states otherwise, every card is sold in near mint condition as graded by us: clean surfaces, sharp corners, no creases. Collectible grading is partly subjective — if a card's condition disappoints you, our Returns & Refunds policy applies.

4. Payment

We offer exactly two payment methods, both on our payment partner's secure hosted page. We never see or store your card details or wallet keys.

• Card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) — processed by a regulated third-party on-ramp provider. At your first card purchase the on-ramp partner performs a one-time basic identity check (KYC); that data stays with the partner and is never shared with us. Card payments settle in crypto to our merchant wallet.
• Bitcoin (BTC) — paid via our self-hosted, non-custodial PayRam gateway; BTC settles directly to our wallet after the required network confirmations.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel an unpaid order at any time — unpaid orders expire automatically. Paid orders can be cancelled free of charge until dispatch; afterwards the returns process applies.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Slovak and EU law. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected order. Market prices of collectibles fluctuate — a card's future value is never guaranteed.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable EU consumer protection regulation. The competent courts in Bratislava, Slovakia apply, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another forum. We will always try to resolve any issue directly first — just contact us.
